Niccau Industries' Tracker Division engineers, manufactures, and commissions solar tracking systems for every application and every scale — from a 10 kWp agricultural solar pump to a 500 MW utility-scale tracking project. Fixed Tilt Ground Mount
Standard south-facing fixed tilt at site-optimal angle. The baseline against which all tracker gains are measured. Lower CapEx, simpler O&M, proven technology.
Single Axis Tracker (SAT)
Horizontal single-axis tracking follows the sun from east to west throughout the day — capturing early morning and late afternoon irradiance missed by fixed tilt arrays.
Dual Axis Tracker (DAT)
Two-axis tracking always faces the module perpendicular to the sun — capturing maximum irradiance at every hour. Best for DNI-rich locations like Rajasthan and Gujarat.

Standard SAT systems require relatively flat terrain. Niccau's Terrain-Following SAT (TF-SAT) solves the challenge of undulating, sloped, and hilly ground — using variable pile heights, independent row rotation, multi-segment torque tube flex joints, and a mesh network controller for each row to enable SAT deployment on sites with up to 20° N-S slope and 10° E-W cross-slope.

This vertical integration ensures design-to-manufacture consistency that standalone tracker assemblers cannot match.
Every tracker undergoes full assembly and function testing at the factory — motor direction, encoder calibration, stow test, communication link, and waterproofing soak test — before being despatched as a pre-tested kit for rapid site installation. Our field commissioning team completes installation qualification and first-season yield monitoring for every project.
