Niccau Industries' Tracker Division manufactures tracker structural steel (IS 2062 GMS + IS 4759 HDG), precision drive assemblies (IP67 BLDC motor + worm gearbox), control electronics (IP65 PCB + enclosure), and complete tracker kit — all under one quality system at one facility. This vertical integration ensures design-to-manufacture consistency that standalone tracker assemblers cannot match.

Every tracker undergoes full assembly and function testing at the factory — motor direction, encoder calibration, stow test, communication link, and waterproofing soak test — before being despatched as a pre-tested kit for rapid site installation. Our field commissioning team completes installation qualification and first-season yield monitoring for every project.
