Niccau Industries' transformer manufacturing facility is equipped with state-of-the-art core cutting and stacking machines (step-lap for CRGO Hi-B), CNC winding machines for disc and layer windings, CTC transposed conductor for large EHV transformers, vacuum oil filling and drying chambers, impulse test generators, induced and applied voltage test equipment, and a comprehensive oil testing laboratory — all under one ISO 9001:2015 QMS certified facility.

Every power transformer undergoes a complete factory acceptance test (FAT) — winding resistance, ratio, polarity, impedance, no-load loss, load loss, temperature rise, induced voltage, applied voltage, and impulse test — before despatch. All test results are provided in a comprehensive test report with NABL accreditation reference.
