World-Class Steel Fabrication & Galvanising

Niccau Energy Infra's fabrication facility is equipped with CNC plasma and oxy-fuel cutting machines, hydraulic CNC press brakes, automatic sub-merged arc welding (SAW) rigs, SMAW / GMAW / FCAW welding stations, CNC radial drilling machines, and a state-of-the-art hot-dip galvanising bath — producing IS 4759 compliant HDG coating at 86µm minimum on every structural piece that leaves our facility.

Every weld is performed by ASME / AWS D1.1 qualified welders, and all critical welds on transmission towers, substation gantries, and wind turbine base rings undergo NDT inspection — UT, MPI, and DPT as applicable — before release. Every batch of steel is accompanied by mill test certificates (MTC) and galvanising test reports, ensuring full material traceability from the steel mill to the project site.
