As mandated by government policy, every energy project requires a dedicated Special Purpose Vehicle. BARREL creates and manages these SPVs through the project lifecycle before transferring them to clients and investors upon completion.

Government Policy: Each energy project must operate under a separate SPV. Upon completion of EPC work, BARREL transfers the SPV to the client and investors under agreed terms.
