Develop, baseline, and maintain project master schedules for BARREL's entire EPC portfolio — using Primavera P6 or MS Project. Conduct critical path analysis, earned value management, progress reporting, and look-ahead planning for monthly Board reporting.

Site Construction Manager — Renewable / Transmission
On-site leadership of construction activities — civil works, structural erection, electrical installation, and commissioning. Manage site teams, subcontractors, daily progress, safety compliance, quality checkpoints, and client punch-list closure.

Lead BARREL's procurement function for EPC projects — managing global and domestic vendor sourcing, RFQ/RFP processes, contract negotiation, purchase orders, logistics, customs clearance, and vendor performance management across all project verticals.
